I saw another thread complaining about service from Ikenvape. I have been a customer for over a year and have placed quite a few orders. EVERY order has been filled promptly. When I had a problem with an atomizer, I let Issac know. I received several replacements, and I didn't ask for them. I have placed orders with lots of different companies and have had great experiences with most. But just have to say that Ikenvape tops the list when it comes to customer service. It is outstanding.
I do know that they were closed while attending a vaping conference recently. Perhaps that was the cause of the writer's issue. Or could be the email just never arrived. Regardless, would encourage anyone looking for great service and products to try Ikenvape.
