I purchased a Chameleon with the extension (Lizzard) from another ECF member and it worked great for about a month although I questioned from the beginning if the switch was exactly right. Anyway last week the switch broke and even with the great video I couldn't fix it myself. The wonderful Val who had been answering my questions since I received the PV told me to send it in and Ike would fix it and all I would need to do is send it in and pay for the return postage.

Less than a week later I have the perfectly working switch back and only had to pay for postage. This is for a device I didn't even purchase from them.

My gratitude to Val and Ike, they absolutely stand behind the products they carry.

I will agree with your. They have excellent service. I also had a switch problem and was unable to fix it myself. Sent it back and was returned to me in a couple of days.

After this he did an indepth video for switch replacement. By using this video I was able to replace a switch myself.

Thanks Iken for all your support and excellent customer service.
