I can't mix a good Peppermint Bark

MOV stopped making their Peppermint bark and I can't come close to mixing something that taste as good.

I've tried using peppermint and recently grabbed some CAP candy cane.

I've tried variations of these and they just lack balance from the beginning and after a three week steep.

White Chocolate (TPA) - 10%
Peppermint (TPA) - 2.5%
Vanilla Bean Gelato (TPA) - 2%
Ethyl Maltol - 1%

Peppermint (TPA) - 1.5%
White Chocolate (TPA) – 11%
Ethyl Maltol 10% 2%

Peppermint (TFA) 8%
French Vanilla (TFA) 6%
Vanilla (TFA) 4%
Dark Double Chocolate (TFA) 4%

I've stayed away from Koolada because I just like the flavor. Anyone have a good recipe or a suggestion. I'm down to my last tank of MOV
