I have ordered three times from cignot in the past week (third time tonight), and I can't believe how amazingly fast the shipments get to me (granted, I only live a few towns away). Vicki is awesome, and she answers all my dumb newbie questions quickly. I will be recommending cignot to everyone I know! They really are as amazing as everyone says they are! They have redefined customer service! Keep doing what you're doing, ladies!

100% Agreement Here! Vicky and her crew are amazing and I got a little blue Birdie on my receipt as well. I love it. I will be ordering more from you Vicky, just got to get together the details of what all I need as I have three former smokers in the household with three eGo-T's and different tastes and preferences.
