How to update ECF profile picture?

Right click, left click on that picture in my profile, nothing works! How can I upload an image?
(Note: I'm not as computer illiterate as I sound!)

click on "settings" at the top right hand corner of the site, and then click on "edit profile picture" located on the left side of next screen ... you can also upload an avatar from there as well.

FYI You will need 15 posts before you can edit your signature. I know you didn't ask, but it will probably come up eventually, so I figured I would nip that one in the bud while I was here.
