How do you request a return or RMA? I can't find anything except a mail link here on the main page for help and support. Is that address what I use? I tried a phone call but got no answer but it was after 5:00 PM eastern time. I have a Tornado batt that the button sticks on like so many peeps have been having trouble with. It was in a five pack received on the 26th so I consider it DOA after using it on and off for several days.
I never did find Alex on the fourm.
With all that said I really like the Tornado. The charge on the bad batt has lasted 13 hours so far and I sit at a desk all day and vape away. Was a 2 pack a day smoker two weeks ago. Sweet!!
