How do I reinstall inner o-ring in IBTanked end cap?

I was cleaning a 22mm XL IBTanked tank. To help dry it I ran a paper towel through it, and in doing so, one of the inner o-rings popped out. One of the ones that hug and seal the carto.

Doh!

Been trying for an hour to reinstall it. No luck. Can't get it to seal tight into the groove, it folds, pops right out.

Did I ruin it? I lost the spare o-rings that came with the tank (doh!)
Is there a trick to getting that o-ring back in there?

Help!

To be honest, I've never had to replace one. I think using a Slap Yo Moma tank tool and laser-drilled cartos all these months have paid off and I've been able to not experience what you are going through. Having said that, I thought I remembered seeing a video on how to do this. That o-ring may well be shot...the reason it came out so easy to begin with. Get a replacement from IBTanked.

Well, that looked easy. Too easy I suspect!

OCD from IBTanked also sent me a PM with a similar method.

I wont be able to try it until tomorrow.
