How do I get verified?

I searched and searched and could find nothing on the procedure to get verified. If someone could please point me in the right direction I will be forever grateful. I've got a bunch of juice I would like to look into selling/trading and possibly buying or trading for some new gear.

I had to change my email to my home email because I am a verified Paypal and Ebay member based on that email...I hope I can change it back though. I don't like my home email getting overloaded and I don't have it sent to my phone like this one.

I went the eBay route... I refuse to directly link my bank account to PayPal, therefore, PayPal will never be verified.

Yes, I had a hard time finding the link also until I read the entire sticky post and there it was at the bottom of the page. I'm anxious to see whats in the classifieds.
