Unfortunately, during a election year, a Democrat President is not going to be swayed by the opinion of sixty GOP congress critters. It is nice to know that somebody in government is on our side though.

I've been saying for months that this case may be the vape industry's best chance to make a come back. Hopefully the Supreme Court will rule on Chevron Deference in the next few months.
