I've done business many times with Hoosier E-Cig over the last two years. All of my orders were correctly filled and shipped quickly. They ship USPS Priority Mail and that makes a difference. I ordered a batch of cartos at a great price on Sunday, December 1. The order shipped on Monday and I got the package in California today on Wednesday, December 4.
