Hi All ! old smoker...new vaper

Been smoking since birth parents were heavy smokers.....started smoking (in self defence )at age 14.
Have tried to quit numorous times....allways failed....until now !........ Smokefree one month today.
Allready enjoying the health benefits of vaping instead of smoking.....and looking a little less like a corps

Congrats on your month and welcome to the forum! Influence from our parents is so huge in our development, I felt like such a hypocrite telling my kids not to smoke while I was doing it. I'm so thankful that they never started. Take care and best of luck.

Thankyou to all .....I am absolutely amased at how easy it is to quit smoking, when you have a much better alternative....the e-cig is a true life-saver !
