If your an electrician, your set for rebuilding if that's what you decide. Yes you will need some kanthal a1 or SS wire (both 26 to 28g/ not sure what that equates to in mm) a drill bit works to wrap around for a coil and nail clippers to snip wire. Scissors to cut cotton and that's really it....you can check out steam engine for resistances......one of the easiest mtl rtas is the doggy style rta (fasttec). Pair that with a small mod like the eleaf, aegis, or even a pico and your set...good luck
