Help, with Mega Dual Coil Cartomizers

I need help with my Mega Dual Coil Cartomizers 5 mil from madvapes. I can not get them to work on my Volcano Inferno. I get nothing from them at all. I was wondering maybe they won't work on it. Thanks in advance for any help. I really appreciate it.

These eGo-sized Dual coils are great, but they often need to have their center post raised to make contact with the battery. In this video (using a Kr8 cartomizer), TeamKR808 shows how to do that:

Unfortunately, the tool needed for this is not sold by vaping suppliers. It is, however, available elsewhere.
