Help, old goat vv

I need some help with an Old Goat vv, someone was nice enough to give me an old goat but I have no idea how to use it properly,
1.what I'd like to know is what type of cartomizer or atomizer or whatever, should I get? its larger diameter than a 510 thread
2. how to use vv/vw ? dial
3. what brand of batteries should I use, I know it uses 14500
