Help! Ego t batteries or charger malfunction?

Hey everyone I've got a question. As of yesterday, neither of my ego t batteries will charge. i find it kind of strange that they would both die at the same time so I'm leaning towards the charger. i cleaned the threads on both units and still no charge. The led on the battery does not light up (three times like it usually does) and the light on the charger just stays green as it does when nothing is connected or when fully charged. This sucks, i bought analogs today because I had nothing! Anyone have an idea as to what the problem may be before I waste any more money? Thanx

Check the contact pad in end of the batteries.
Take a pair of small tweezers or needle nose pliers and "GENTLY" try to raise it abit.
They sometimes get pushed down too far to make contact with charger.
I had one do that a few times--still working though.
Unlikley both have that problem--but all i can offer.
