I don't have 510 threads, I use kr808d1 Echos, but this works for me-Get a needle and gently pry the post up on your battery just a hair. Sounds like your post isn't connecting to the tank. Don't give up. Think of all the money you will save, not only from not puffing those expensive coffin nails but also on health insurance, and medical expenditures down the line. New lungs arn't cheep these days.
