Hello from Canada, I was stuck with having a smoke a few times a week, more out of habit than anything but there is so many great juices out there, having a smoke check I call it, left pretty fast.

Welcome to ECF, Keep on chugging. I used to count the days that I was smoke free. Then it got the point were it didn't matter anymore. Vape on my friend!
