Heartland vape flavoring

Was wondering if anyone ever bought from heartland vapes. They have their flavors listed as 4oz and 16oz. Anyone know if it's floz? If so that's a great price if I still use the same 10%. Well 10% for the most part lol.

I ordered 19 of their 4 oz bottles of FA flavors from them about two weeks ago and they are the same size as the 4 oz bottles directly from FA. I have been totally satisfied with my purchase from Heartland Vapes. The bottles I received were 4 fl oz.
