Worldwide internet survey close to completion
We would like to announce that the questionnaires for the worldwide internet survey will be available until June 25, 2013. We believe that we already have sufficient participation and it is time to start analyzing the results. This will be a long and hard-to-do process, due to the huge amount of data and the different languages used.
I would like to thank all vapers from all over the world for spending their time answering to the questionnaire. We thank each and every one of those who have contributed even the smallest amount so that this study can be performed. We thank the (small) list of contributors from the e-cigarette industry who invested on this without having any control on the results and presentation. Especially, we would especially like to thank Vicki from Cignot.com for covering a significant amount of the cost for this study, much more than the status of MEGA Contributor required. It was their contribution which allowed us to close the budget and be able to proceed with the analysis.
The analysis will take some time. We will need to translate data from 8 languages and this will be a difficult thing to do. Please be patient, you will be informed about the results when we are able to report something. Dont forget that this survey was performed in order to be published in major medical journals, thus we cannot disclose all results before the publication. We strongly believe that this study will have a big impact and will provide new information about the habits and experience of vapers.
