I and placed an order with GotVapes last week for a few new items I wanted to try. Shipping was fast and I received everything I ordered. I did have one item, a Drunker tank that had a bad leak, so bad I could't use it or really test it because of the mess it made. That item was the main reason for my order. I filled out a ticket and explained what happened and was asked to send in some pictures of the tank and I tried to show the area where the tank and gasket did not match up and allowed it to leak.

GotVapes reviewed it and I was just notified me that they are sending a replacement to me.

That is great customer service as far as I am concerned. It wasn't an expensive item I know and I'm not one of their biggest customers by far. Might have even been my first order or at least been several years since I have ordered.

I'm pleased with GotVapes and would not hesitate to order from them again. I plan on sending them more of my business based on how they handled my problem. A+ in my book.
