With some controversial issues there is a lot of pubic comment on both sides. When I read comments on ecig stories almost all the comments are pro vaping. I bet congressmen hear from various organizations, mostly opposed to vaping and many citizens in support of vaping and few or no citizens who are opposed to vaping. May be the good vote in the House AG committee reflects this. May be the anti vaping groups don't have as much pubic support as we fear.
