Four year anniversary

I quit smoking 4 years ago after I tried my first vape and I haven't smoked since, after being a 1.5 PAD smoker for over 37 years. My efforts to reduce my nicotine level have been very s-l-o-w but I'm getting there: started at 36mg, then 24mg, then 18. Nowadays I tend to stay somewhere between 12-18mg but I hope to get below 10mg by next year at this time.
