I’m sorry but didn’t yet. I’ll get to it this weekend. Snow and freezing temperatures have had me a little distracted.

I did get the mod out. I just need to build a coil on an rta to try it. It took me a little bit to find it. I’ve got many boxes of hardware.
Ok, I was up early this morning and put a coilology flat braided 316 coil in one of my Zeus single coil rtas. I tried switching to smart TC and it kicked me out to ft mode. I tried a few times but it always kicks me out when it reads the coil. I then went to diy mode and tried the TC ss mode there. The tcr was preset to 105 and had watts set at 45. It was too hot of vapor. I changed the tcr to 92 and dialed the watts down to 35 since these coils run better for me at 25-35 watts. It seems to be working fine with these settings. I started at the lowest setting and worked my way up to 350. I don’t like a really warm vape so that seems like a good setting for me. After letting it sit a few seconds I found the first puff to be weak so I’m going to increase the watts a little.
I tried chain vaping and it seems to get warmer the more puffs I take. Don’t really care for that. I would have to agree that it seems like the TC doesn’t work very good on this mod.
Strange ... I do not match what the calculator and the DNA board give as parameters of the atomizer (and the coil). But the first puff is really some kind of "empty", the second is stronger. But I cannot adjust the temperature with the parameters.
Tell me, when you adjust the temperature, do you feel that the steam starts to get cold, but does not lose its intensity? Even when I set it to 600 Fahrenheit, I feel at first warm then as if the mod is clamping the power and the steam becomes tasteless and discharged, and the longer the puff is, the more it is visible.
It depends what I had the watts set at but yes with it set at 350 and 32 watts if I draw for very long then it seems to cut out to let the coil cool or something. I run these same coils in watts mode all the time and as low as 23 so 32 should be plenty to fire this coil.
Those. When tuning, you set 40% more power than in the variate mode? It's kind of weird. I always thought that it was necessary to set the power that I use in the variate mode, and set the temperature to such a threshold when the limiter does not work when tightening and a wet wick. Correct me if I'm wrong ...
Do you mean 40% higher than my settings in vw mode? I’m not sure. I’m not a big TC user. I might try more after I get the Thelema I ordered. I’ve got some Jac mods with dna but never tried TC on them.
I have that on the DNA board that, on the firmware artifox and pico25, I also took to check the aegis solo - I set the power equal to which I use in the VW mode. This is correct, except in cases of "complex coil" when a pre-hit is required.
