What is the hair?
Has this design for the sponge w/plastic covering been used before? If so with what model?
If this model is used by another distributor, what is their average price for it?

Looks like a greencig cartomizer. I think the 'hair' is in fact fibreglass (would make sense fot it to be) but I do not have this model so cannot confirm. Search for greencig cartomizers on the forums and there is a wealth of info for you to absorb.
