I don't DIY due to my many failures over the years.... and I personally find taste VERY subjective.

Again... you are limiting entries by saying that it needs to be YOUR liquids!! (and editing the OP doesn't change that fact...)

RY4 Double from ecigexpress Signature Tobacco is the best of any RY4 flavorings. Mixed at just under 10%, there is the perfect blend of sweetness and tobacco. This is a classic RY4, with a smooth caramel, a bright vanilla, and a peaceful tobacco. I like RY4 Double steeped for about ten days so the flavors have a chance to meld together. This is probably the best flavor for someone new to vaping. It reminds me of smoking, but has a mild, all day smoothness.

Well I'm hoping to get a chance to get into DIY juice.
Here are my 7 favorite juices made by others.
Absinthe is a anise based flavor that tastes like a creamy black licorice
Holy Holy Grail RY4 is a caramel rich version of RY4 (caramel, vanilla & tobacco)
Immortal Madness is a contest winning flavor I came up with. I told them to mix their Immortal Orange with Mango Madness and call it Immortal Madness. It's a blood orange & mango mix that took several attempts to get the mix just right. The result is a very refreshing citrus vape with just the right amount of sweetness.
Hawk Sauce is a delicious sweet/tart berry mix with just a hint of coolness.
Root Beer tastes just like, you guessed it root beer.
Smurfberry Cupcake Was quite a surprise I first got as a free sample. You can taste the strawberry and blueberry mix as well as the cake. A very nice sweet vape.
Mocha Java is a very tasty chocolate coffee juice. If it had caffeine in it I could skip my morning coffee.

Here is my experience with the flavors you have.

I actually am very impressed by both the Tobacco and Fruit Express lines of flavoring. I do like a few of the ones you have from Flavor Art and Flavor West but the express line in particular is better. It's more concentrated. This is a big deal to the home mixer primarily because you do not have to use a ton of flavor you can get your nic/pg/vg ratio much more accurate. I am using most of the flavor express line at 3-5% which is really quite minimal versus the other lines you carry where I use between 10 and 25%.

The flavors I like most are the following:

Tobacco Express line:

Dessert Ship, Golden Virginia

Fruit Express:

Apple, Peach, Pear, Honey

FlavourArt

Peach

Capella's

Apple pie

First flavor:
Black and Mile Plus (Flavor express) I mix this flavor at 2.75%. It has soft tobacco notes on its own with cocoa/vanilla notes. The cocoa is more prominent in this mixture. A good steep of at least one week is strongly encouraged. I mix at 80/20 blend. I use Kanger protanks, evods, Aspire (glass), and RBAs. The Aspire and RBA brings out the flavors the best.
My add in's for this flavor are: 5 drops of Flavor express vanilla and two drops to tobacco additive aka Real cig (Tobacco express) It adds a boost to the tobacco notes. The vanilla takes the spotlight over the cocoa.

Second flavor:
DJrum by Hangsen. I can compare this flavor to a clove cigarette. I mix at 5% and find it perfect for me. It does not have the presentation of most clove flavorings. It is very hard to describe the taste unless one has smoked a kretek or djrum black smoke. It is similar and the best flavoring I found thus far. I have tried vendors clove juice but found they use the same flavorings that burns my throat. This one is perfect for me.

Third flavor:
Juicy peach. The flavor is spot on as a delicious freshly picked peach. It does not have the sugary notes that most peach flavors have. It is sweet but is balanced. I find 5% is perfect for mixing.

4th flavor:
Hangsen Cigar with flavor express vanilla. Strong cigar notes with a light vanilla backdrop. I mix Hangsen at 5% and use Flavor express at 1%. No additives needed for this falvor. This flavor is more like a black n mild vanilla flavor.

5th flavor:
Havana/Pipe/Cigar (Hangsen) mixed at 5% with Hangsen Grape mixed in at 2%. I variate this depending on my mood. This flavor combination was used to get my SIL off those little cigars. Utilizing the Cigar flavor it reminds me of the grape cigarillos.
Another recipe for a similar taste: Use tobacco express Cigar at 2% and Flavorexpress grape at 1%. I do add Tobacco additive at times to this recipe. It all depends on my mood. If I do add I decrease the Cigar by 5 drops and add 5 drops of Tobacco Additive (real cig) by Tobacco express

6th flavor
Lorann's Cream Cheese icing
I have one word for this flavor-Wow! I use this to make a Carrot cake with frosting recipe for SIL. If you love cream cheese frosting you will love this flavor. The flavor does enhance most recipes.
Carrot cake recipe by Sdh
Natures Flavor Carrot cake 8%
Loranns cream cheese-2%
Flavor Express Walnut 0.25%
Steep for at least one week.
SIL likes light flavors so one may have to bump up the %'s.

7th flavor
Flavorart Oba Oba
This one I mix plain at 10% and let it steep for a month. It tastes like citrus with vanilla in the back drop. Depending on what nicotine base your using it can bring out those notes as well. This one is a occasional once in a blue moon type vape for me.

I love my Protank 2s & Kanger T3S & MT3S. Great hitting bottom coil tanks that I made even better by recoiling them at 1.5 ohms with cotton wicks. I just got the MPV2 I bought on a Black Friday sale & I'm really liking it. I'm at 1300 puffs & the battery is still in the green at 3.8 volts. I wonder how many hits I'm going to get out of this before I need to recharge. and speaking of recharging it can also be used to recharge a cell phone.

I will enter with things I like and use that you carry on your site ;)
I love the Protank 2s and mini Protanks with removable tips.

I also think it's neat that you have a tank/clearo sample pack. It's a good way to find your favorite and you don't see these kind of sampler packs very often.
I also got a VTR for my 1 year Vapeavversary. It's the best little mod that I have ever owned. Easy to use, consistent quality vape and feels great in the hands. Especially those with Arthritis ;)
You carry them and I reccomend them to everyone!!

Wow, what a fun contest! I have been diying about a year and a half now on and off and have come up with a few pretty good things. Some pretty awful things and quite a few just ok things. LoL

One of my favorite things to mix with is Flavor West Lemonade. Because of love fruit and citrus and love mixing almost everything with lemons and limes. I love the Mandarin and Mango by Flavor Art and adore their Strawberry and Cherry as well as many of their other fruits. I just notice some things that I was not aware of that I may have to try ...Guava and Lemon Sicily. wow, sounds delicious! I have used a few of Hangsen flavors mostly for my husband who likes those kinds of things and I really don't. lol But, I guess you could say I have had fun with them. He likes them and it's been nearly two years and we are not smoking and having lots of fun. :)

Oh, and I really enjoy your cookbook!

I am going to describe the eight ingredients in my latest DIY creation adapted from a recipe found on the e-liquid recipe book. LorAnn's peanut butter, marshmallow, caramel, chocolate, ethyl maltol, nicotine base, PG, and VG bought during ecigexpress' cyber-monday sales were used to fashion this treat.

This candy bar treat is a must have for those who desire a candy flavor "That really satisfies." Packed with a creamy peanutty goodness and rich caramel sitting atop fluffy marshmallow and wrapped in decadently smooth chocolate this heavenly vape is sure to please. Whether it becomes your all day vape or a delightful after dinner treat, you will not soon forget this candy bar sensation. The peanut butter, marshmallow and chocolate are mixed at 5% each and the caramel and ethyl maltol (9% PG solution) at 2.5% each. Give it a try...it is a winner!

My advice is that when you mix your ethyl maltol don't try to mix it at full saturation use a little extra propylene glycol and be patient mixing it.
