September 13, 2013 I ordered a pile of items from fasttech. Have placed 7 orders with them so far.
The Sept. 13th order was not shipped so I cancelled it on Sept. 18 & refunded on the 22nd through PayPal. NB!

Placed a second order on the 18th for 1 item (a Vamo)
They promised it would ship today Sept 24th by email - It has not.

Tickets are going unanswered & service has gone to hell. Dono if they even care about the reputation they once had?
Very frustrating!
