I’m going to say yes. When switching from low watt/high ohms to high watt/low ohms, you should be vaping 3-6mg max. That 12mg nicotine is most likely contributing to the hardness. At higher watts and lower ohms, your device is going to give you more of the nicotine concentrated.

Not sure what to say at this point, except maybe try 3mg. What happens when you go below 30 watts? Is it possible that your coil accidentally got fried from starting out so high?
Not sure about the tank, either. I vape the opposite way, low watts, high ohms, and mouth to lung.
I might be confused, I was under the impression that you were a direct to lung vaper, thus the 0.15 coil.
