Eleaf 50w and eGo One

Hey everyone!

Just got my eleaf iStick 50w and a eGo One atomizer .5 ohm. Just want to know if anyone else has this set up? I am trying to run this tank on 20w-30w, it produces great flavor and vapor, but the tip gets extremely hot after 7-9 seconds of holding down the fire button while vaping. The vapor feels hot as well which makes me cough. Other than that it's running great. Is anyone else having the same issue? Or can help? Thanks everyone!!

7 seconds are long pulls for sub-ohm tanks with wide open airflow. that sounds normal.

I won't lie, I am new to sub ohm vaping. I did a lot of research before hand, and Ive had a eGo stick batteries so I have vaped for a while. But this certainly clears it up! Thanks!

Did your atomizer come with the glass tip? Maybe that could help if it did.

I agree, those are long pulls for subohm vaping. Try vaping it faster.

Also a drip tip with an insulator on it can help.
