I have an issue with their site not their service. I logged in one day and it was showing different users personal info instead of mine. My user name was showing up but when I searched through my personal info i.e. my profile, my favorites, etc. they showed different users info. I could even see some other guys credit card info. I emailed customer support and they couldn't explain what happened and said I should log into my account even though I sent screenshots with my user name showing. Now I have $50 in coupons that have magically appeared in my account.
