Ego DCT tank size same as Slim DCT tanks?

I've got some SmokTech Ego DCT tanks that look great on an Ego twist but they are made from either acrylic or polycarbonate, and clouded up then tainted the juice. I'm not wanting to use the tubes on them anymore, but I love the look and function of them on the Twist and want to try to find some replacement tubing for the caps.

Does anyone own both, and can tell me whether the Ego DCT tubes are the same size as the Slim DCT tubes?

Or does anyone know where I may go to find the information on the I/D and O/D of the tubing so I can try to hunt down some of my own?

If they are, anyone know where I can find the replacement polypropylene tubes for the Slim DCTs? I don't mind cutting them down, but want to be able to reuse the Ego caps on them.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I just found out from a vendor that supplies both. The tubes are the same width and inner diameter, but are different lengths. Some will have to be cut off of the Slim DCT's length to make it fit a regular carto.
