DV eGo-T Battery fires only 510 carto's but not Anyvape Davide Pyrex Clearo?

Just notice a strange issue with one of my new eGo-T batteries that came with my DV starter kit.

One battery fires both 510 carto's and my new Anyvape Davide pyrex clearo.

The other battery only fires the 510 carto's. It is charged, it lights up, but when I swap over from the carto to the clearo it no longer fires.

The two batteries are identical visually.

Really strange, any thought before I reach back out to DV?

The first thing that comes to mind is that the positive, center post in that battery has been pushed down a bit and is not making contact with all devices. Check out this video.
