Defective eleaf istick 50w

Hey guys new member here, received a mod from got vapes that was defective and used the ticket system but have yet to get a response, just trying to do an exchange for a new mod or a different product equivalent in price, just trying to get some help, I'm sure you guys are busy and I'm not complaining but the ticket system unfortunately is not helping much, hoping I can find a bit of help here. Any suggestions from anyone at got vapes?
