Deal and Steals forum/Thread?

Yesterday I found a link in a post to something like Deals and Steals.
But today I can't seem to locate it ( I am going to bookmark it this next time I find it)

It is a thread where suppliers post Sales Offers like: 30% Off! Friday the 13th Only! Use coupon code: BLAHBLAH

Please, somebody direct us to this thread/sub-forum again; I just spent 20 minutes searching.
