What are the terms for this refund? People should know how long they'll have to wait and other specifics. Not to put too fine a point on this company's customer service, but I've been waiting THREE MONTHS for them to make good on an order they screwed up. I'm one month plus on a warranty issue as well.

It sounds good, but sounding good doesn't cut it.

We do not plan on carrying dekang liquid.

Once it is confirmed (ie letter from FDA etc, tracking shows it coming back to us) we will issue a full refund to the customer.
