Customer Service Update

I am pleased to announce, we have made some very positive, Customer focused enhancements to our Bloog Customer Service department.

Effective 2/21/11, Chris Truax joined the Bloog Team as Customer Service & Order Fulfillment Coordinator. Chris is learning very quickly and doing an excellent job! Chris can be reached via e-mail at cs@bloogplanet.com. Tiffany Shamy, as always, does an excellent job in inventory management.

We commit to ship all expedited Bloog orders within (1) business day of receipt and all regular Bloog orders within (2) business days of receipt of order. Our primary method of shipment is USPS.

Bloog hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM EST. Orders are shipped during normal business hours only. Please be advised, we are closed on weekends and on Holidays.

I ordered today and got an order confirmation today, which is certainly an improvement.
I know the combination of Bloog MF gaining a huge following just in time for a shut down for Chinese New Year has made things difficult. I'm glad to see it's being addressed.

I didn't realize that a regular order took 2 days to process (and a little surprised there's a full day's worth of expedited ones cuz that's an expensive shipping choice). Anyhoo, that does explain why mine went out on Tues instead of Monday as I was expecting. Thanks!

Far as what order everything is coming in I cannot say as we placed one big order but it's being sent in pieces as it's made.

Wishing you guys had green batteries. And even If you did I wouldnt have had the forsight to get them in time. St. Pats Parade Day in Syracuse NY March 12th woohoo ....lol.
