Kudos to the customer service department! I was sent the old silver Pico instead of the new brushed silver model that I wanted. I sent in a ticket on Saturday, a day that Litecig is closed, and within an hour I got a response, that they will ship the requested kit out Monday with a return label. Monday morning it was shipped, Priority mail, no less! Lightcig will be my first stop for my vaping needs in the future.
