I just wanted to say that I placed an order for my first Saber Touch Max and I made an error in the choices. I realized it and emailed Sir Lawrence. Even though it was several days later he responded immediately and went out of his way to fix my mistake. I am really looking forward to my first saber touch and expect I will get several more before I am through. I feel really confident with this kind of excellent customer service.
