well i sent my standard provari in for the V2 upgrade,,when i got it back somehow the upgrade got missed .
of course i was upset,without my provari for a week and nothing changed
contacted Cecilia @ provape and she sent me a label to get it back and corrected..
10 days later i have my upgraded provari,,happy now

they threw in some awesome extra's as an "we're so sorry"

with the extra's i got it was well worth the 20 days wait to get my V2


trust in provape that they will do you right every time

I ordered a bottle kit that showed up with a bottle missing. Everything else was in the kit. Needles, caps, all of it. Just 1 bottle short. Emailed on Saturday afternoon about it not expecting a reply till mid the next week. By Sunday Cecilia had not only contacted me, but had boxed up the order and had a tracking # sent to me. I got it Wednesday. She sent me an entire kit! Bottles, needles, caps, everything! GRATIS! All this service for a $9 kit. It gets no better than that folks.

ProVape takes care of their customers.
