Most likely you have something in your cart that isn't included in the wheel sale. There are some exclusions to the sale. Weekly specials and OMG mods are NOT included in the wheel sale.

I think that the code should work, even with items that aren't on sale. It should just deduct the % from the eligible items and not the in eligible ones. Seems like something else is going on. Have you tried a different browser?
I tried FF instead of IE and it just won't work, all I am trying to order is one 30 ML of Stogie...........

Stogie might not be included also. It is one of the USA juices right? They are already marked down so they arent included in any sales as stated by BHam on the V4L site forum.
skye78, Stogie is not on the Weekly Specials or OMG section so you should get the discount on that juice. If there are not any other OMG products or Weekly Specials in your cart I will let the IT team know so we can get this fixed
Oh Ok. Hope you get it figured out. Just trying to help narrow down what may have been the problem. I stay away from the tobacco flavors so I wasnt sure if it was USA or not.
