Clearing customs with PV and juice - Help Please

This weekend I will be traveling to Mexico (flying to Cancun airport) from the United States and staying for a week. What are the procedures for clearing customs upon entry and departure regarding my PV, batteries and juices? The information I've found on Cancun customs is that all products must be sealed and in their original packages. Also, any opened packages cannot leave the country.

Am I going to get a hard time? Do I have to throw my opened juice away before leaving Mexico?

I've never had problems traveling with the PV and juices within the United States Help please.

I don't have any insight on entering/clearing customs through Mexico. We just got home from Turks and Caicos about a week and half ago and had no problems through customs. Everything was in our checked luggage, (juices, chargers, extra ego's) except for my husband and mine ego's with full T2 tanks. The only problem was the tanks leaked a bit during flight...no customs problems.
