For EMS shipping of 10-17 days, are those business days? My order shipped February 05, will it be delayed because of the Chinese New Year?

Hi Adam,

You ordered during our Chinese New Year holiday, we stopped shipping from February 3rd to February 17th. You should receive your order between 10-17 days after the 17th (regular not business days)

Are you sure? I got an email February 5th that said the order was shipped, and I received a tracking number. That strikes me as strange. I mean, you are a better source than an automated email, but I just want to be sure.

Also, is there a way to retroactively apply the CNY2013 code? I could have saved $7.20! I highly doubt it, but just thought I'd check

Nevermind, it just showed up on Canada Post tracking and clearly didn't leave till recently.

Our team continues to send out tracking during the New Years to decrease the workload on the day back but no packages leave before the 17th. As for the $7.20 I can issue you a credit for future orders.
