Chicago bans vaping at parks, beaches and upcoming Riot Fest, but won't enforce ban

Chicago (IL) Park District’s Board of Commissioners ban smoking and vaping at city parks and beaches and at upcoming Riot Fest, but won’t enforce the unenforceable ban; Big Pharma and government funded ANTZ lobby for and praise nonsensical law.

Please note that the Riot Fest is similar to Lollapalooza, where virtually everyone smokes {OTHER STUFF} and/or does other illegal drugs.
Banning smoking and vaping at Riot Fest is like banning beer drinking at Octoberfest in Munich, as nobody would pay any attention to the ban or anyone who tries to enforce it.
