About 3 weeks ago, I bought the smok x-priv, and today I had to replace my coil.

My coils are from smok and are the V12 Prince-q4 that came with the mod.

It is now leaking through the air flow ports.

Trust me it's in there tightly. I used a wrench.

I closed the Port when I added the juice.

I read that some coils are simply bad so I have tried three coils now.

And It is a real bear to put that coil in.

Any takers?

This might actually be the problem. Should be able to just screw them in and out by hand. I'm assuming there is probably an o=ring, and by overtightening you actually potentially damage the o-ring, and possibly the threads, which would then allow for the leak.

Just guessing here since I don't have that tank.

I can't say what your issue is, but I used to have this problem with almost any Atlantis style coil I used. The problem on ALL those coils is the junk clear orings they use at the bottom that seal up against the base. Too thin and too flimsy. For those coils, they are 1mm thick x 9mm OD. I replace it with a 1.5mm thick x 8mm OD black Buna70 oring and problem solved. I crank the coil on tight with the black Oring. No problem at all. Problem solved.

Those junk orings they use are too thin and soft so even if you don't tighten too much they can become deformed. Plain junk.
