Start with getting your diet on track.
Try and work out how much added sugar you have in your diet, I was shocked when I started working it out, then start cutting where needed.
I dropped all added sugar over the last 3yrs, man, what a change!
My biggest issue is my sweet-tooth. I was causing this all to myself. Cookies, cakes and my favorite nightly ice cream snack. I have stopped ALL cookies and cakes and I'm now trying sugar free ice cream for my late night snack. Last night I tried it and it wasn't bad at all. Gives me hope to fix this blood sugar problem.

I have been dieting for the last year by simply cutting the amount I eat every meal and have lost 34 pounds so far. I was 244 and I'm currently down to 210.

Most sweeteners are fake sugars. I doubt it. One way to find out is performing a accucheck before vaping and then afterwards.

I suggest a low/lower carb diet to curb DM (diabetes).
I'm not yet a officially a diabetic at this time. My Dr. is telling me that it's knocking on my door tho. Hard!

My Doc(s) have been there too.
A month ago, there was no doubt, cleanest blood test I've given in years. Didn't even vape for 12 hours before, and my numbers crossed that line.

I was on my way on becoming a steroid induced diabetic. I had to take prednisone for over a year. In addition, when I'm out of remission I have to take it. Steroids can induce diabetes 2. I stopped the carbs and went on a low carb diet. I have two cheats per month to keep it real. No jumps or dips in the blood sugar. I was born with reactive hypoglycemia and this helps with the low blood sugars as well. Good luck in your journey.

Congrats on the weight loss! Thats great.

Ive always been slim and havnt had that battle but I got really sick, my liver just started giving up on trying to keep up. Things got really bad, weird.
I gave up smoking but continued getting sicker. Because Im slim and looked fit and healthy no one questioned my diet, not even me. I thought quitting tobacco would be the silver bullet. It wasnt at all. My platelets levels just kept right on dropping and I kept getting sicker. It wasnt until I started working out how much sugar I consumed and started cutting it out that I started getting well again.
Even the specialist made comment that he had just written me off as another casualty of smoking and hadnt even considered sugar or diet because I was slim before I started to lose weight. I lost 10kg! I was only 73kg to start with.
A skinny fit guy that had similar symptoms to pre diabetes, and also Leukemia. In the end it was my liver just giving up from too much sugar. Not alcohol related. Once I got my liver healthy and functioning normally all the misleading symptoms went away.
Look after your liver! That thing does a lot of important work.

Vaping is probably healthier than how you are eating an etc. Really. It's the food.

If you are worried, vape unflavored, low nic but if you can do that perhaps maybe you want TO EAT properly first.

it's just a suggestion. My mom is chronically obese from steroids at an age it's hard to lose weight, but SHE HAD THE ABILITY TO DO it, she also became a food addict who got on and off the exercise train.

There are a jillion books but MODERATE eating and enough exercise will never steer you wrong.

There have been (and probably will be) times in the past and in my future where i got up 5 days a week at 4 am to do yoga so there just aren't any excuses in my book.

Hi i got Diabetes 2

Normal Cigarettes are not good
for yours blood sugar levels
i Know.

E-Cig is better.

Like others say here
Stop eating and drinking
Sugar.
Take a walk also outside is
important like 20-30 minutes
each day. This does alot good.

I use only Stevia.
Even when i make my
birthday cake i skip sugar.
I use Stevia only.

And when i drink some soda or something like that i only
use ZERO or Light Products.

.
About one month i will
Use blood sugar sensor
on my arm.
I will have this bloodsugar-sensor for one month to collect all my
Bloodsugar data.
-
I will Vape ALOT sweetener
E-juice DIY and also have
couple days no Vaping at all.
The new sensor will then show the results. I will watch them self.

I be back with my results
then;
DIY sweeteners how they affect my bloodsugar levels.

I will also try different
Sweetener companies
and compare them also.

Im back with all info here about
3-5 weeks and let you all
know my results then :)

I believe Vaping is okey,
because they cant use
regular sugar in sweeteners
i think?

I have try self use real sugar before boiled in VG one time long time ago. This was not good.
My Coils glogged right away.
Because of this:
I think they must use something else than Sugar.
Maybe Stevia? i dont really know for sure anyway.

Stevia and other types of Sweeteners dont affect your bloodsugar levels.

Stevia you can eat alot with no
effect on Sugar Levels in your blood i know.

The amounts in e Juice is any way very low if you measure them to
Real Candy or Real Bakery and Icecream and Regular Coca Cola.

Avoid Sugar in food and drinks
is the most important thing.
Go with Light or Zero Products.
Also when you make bakery like your own birthdaycake use Stevia . Not sugar.
Stevia is good Sweetener you
can use if you got Diabetes
And walk outside 20-30 minutes daily is important.
Walking helps lower your levels.

Give me 3-5 weeks.
I will come back with my Results after i have use the
New Sensor that came out
here in Scandinavia now.

Everyone is reacting different also.
My levels may not be same for you.
Anyways this will tell somethings about vaping alot
DIY Sweeteners i think after im done the test with the newest blood sugar body--Sensor.
I will have this sensor 24h x 30 days connected to my body-and get data live.

This Sensor has nothing to do with Vaping.
My doctor want see my blood sugar data to make sure im ok

This will be good also for me see how DIY Sweeteners affect me :)

Take care all so long

Sorry for my bad English.
I live in Scandinavia :)

i have found this info today

Does Vape Juice Contain Sugar?

No. Vape juice gets its sweetness and taste from flavorings and diluents. These diluents are either vegetable glycerin, propylene glycol, or a mix of the two.

Vegetable glycerin is a sugar alcohol, sort of like erythritol or xylitol. Vegetable glycerin is known for giving the vapor an especially sweet flavor. In general, vegetable glycerin is used in toothpaste, granola bars, and other beauty products, often keeping their moisture intact.

Read more here please: I CANT GIVE LINK

I have some info now

I have try DIY and Premium brands e-juices

With my new sensor it is very easy test bloodsugar levels.
I need only touch the sensor that is mounted on my arm. Little device.
Then touch with one little box that shows the sugar level after 5 seconds.
I have test my levels 20-30 times 24h for 1week today !

I have been vaping different types of e juices daily about 15-25ml with nicotine level at 3%
VG 70-85

My blood sugar levels are okey, they rise sometimes after vaping, not alot anyway.

I also have BloodPressure meter, i tested it 3-5 times daily.
After vaping my blood pressure hits a bit higher levels. Nothing bad anyways.

Vaping affects the body if you vape nicotine and sweet juices abit, anyways not alot,
I have been vaping alot also.
You dont need to Worry if you ask me.
I have measure alot

I have also smoke couple real cigarettes. They do alot more to my values.
Smoking is not good. Vaping is alot , alot better.

I also have mild Asthma .. Astma
Breathing is alot better when i Vape only last three days.
Alot easier breathe also.

Please. Stay away off Normal Cigarettes.
Vape is ALOT better !!! Vape have No Tar! and other very harmfull ingredienses !!!

Smoking is dead. Vaping is the Future. The Future is now :)
