Blocked from accessing a blog

So, I get this really strange error from trying to access:
http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/blogs/newwell/

Here is the 'header' of the error message:

tarkin000, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

I got there initially by clicking on the user's blog count number link.
Then I tried clicking on the user's name to view their profile (which I could see), and then clicked 'view blog entries' - no joy.
