Blends and the taste of the juice?

OK I am so new at this that I'm still wet behind the ears. I was thinking of ordering some juice and got stopped cold at this:

PG 100%
PG 80% VG 20%
PG 65% VG 35%
PG 50% VG 50%
PG 20% VG 80%
VG 70% Distilled H20 30%
Max VG%


I got my first juices at the Vape shop where I got my first equipment and I am starting to wonder if I am missing something by not ordering from some of these awesome places you guys mention. Not to forget the act of pacing back and forth in front of my house, looking down the street for the mailman--while vaping!

Can anyone tell me how or if these blends affect taste? And what kind of a blend should a noob be trying? I am using 24 nic that I find quite satisfying so far. Thank you for any help.
