I was having some problems with my BB misfiring and opened a ticket on altsmoke.com. My email was answered promptly and above and beyond that, they asked for a phone number and Chad called me within the hour. He spent about 15 minutes on the phone with me diagnosing and attempting to fix the problem and then told me if that didn't fix the issue to send my BB in and he would take care of it. He was genuinely interested in not only solving my problem but also on gathering info to improve his product in the future. Thanks to Chad and Altsmoke because from my experience, that's just not customer service that you see too often.
