It really depends on individual.

Most suppliers will recommend 70/30 for optimal flavor. Personally, I like to go for 50/50 because pg is too dry for my taste.

Just remember this. PG = More flavor, drier, less vapor. VG is the exact opposite.

Some people are allergic to high PG which causes ulcers in the mouth.

Yes. But you will lose the flavor and throat hit.

On top of that, you can optimize your juice for the type of atties you are using.

I am on 50/50 . Each time i go on 70/30 i start sneezing terribly. Guess i got a mild allergy to PG. Anybody ever tried going on a 30/70 ratio ?

Vodka 5%. It can be used to dilute thick juices too.

Seems to cause allergic reactions on quite a number of people, especially if you chain vape. I started out with full PG when getting off cig for the TH. Then to PG/VG 70/30 ratio. Mouth ulcers occur once in a while.

When i switch to 50/50, i never get those dreaded ulcers anymore.

HAHAHA,still 0mg nic but now 50/50,find that it's more balance.But mostly cig though :x

I started off with high nic 24mg. It's because of my cig craving and the vape did it's job and letting me quit. Slowly in a few weeks I can't take high nic mg anymore, so downgrade to 18mg. 2 weeks after that it got mellow and mellower because I can't take high nic anymore. It makes me feel uneasy with high nic. I'm very comfortable now with just 6mg of nic. 70/30 and 50/50 for me.
