Picked up this flyer today at the Denver Cignot store on 38th Ave. Cignot also has a store in Arvada.

Public Hearing May 4th

Your voice is needed! Please attend!

The City of Arvada is considering a law to limit your right to vape in public places.

Arvada City Council will have a final vote on May 4th, at 8101 Ralston Rd at 6:30 PM

If the law passes​

• vaping stores will be prohibited from allowing you to sample vapor product indoors.
• All Arvada vape stores will go out of business of relocate to a more business-fruendly city
• Poeple trying to quit smoking will be further inhibited from doing so

Followup: Arvada bans public use of e-cigs by putting vapes under tobacco code

The Arvada City Council passed an ordinance Monday night banning the use of electronic cigarettes in public places.

Council members debated for about an hour after public comment and voted for an exemption allowing use of the devices in vaping businesses.
