Argus Pro possible coil issues?

So i bought the Argus Pro a while ago and after my initial coil burnt out i bought VooPoo's PnP-VM6 0.15 coils. They do function completely fine however after around an hour or 2 on a fresh coil it starts to get a lot louder. it spits and pops sometimes even painfully.

Ive been using bardrop salts 20mg liquids on 70 watts since the coil is rated for 80.

Is this just how this device is or is it an error on my part? Thanks

Edit: Also noting i do prime my coils with a few drops of liquid before leaving it in a full tank for 10+ minutes.

i am not familiar with these particular coils, but i am going to have a guess at what's going on anyway.
The spitting and popping are signs of oversaturation. I guess the 0.15 with their bigger juiceports, that are designed for high VG juice, are overwhelmed by the thinner bar juice with 50% PG content.
As the juice gradually gets heated up in the tank, it gets even thinner and starts spitting,... my theory.

Oh and btw... 20mg at 70W... that is absolutely nuts.

AFAIK most salt juice is 50/50 vg/pg. Perhaps these coils can't handle juice that thin? I'm using 65/35 with the VM6 coil @ 60-70W and have no issues. It's loud but doesn't spit or anything.

How are you not getting nic sick with 20mg juice @ 70W though?
